You may use the Nexus Health website and services for the following purposes:
(a) Browsing our website to learn about our research, fellowship program, publications, and initiatives.
(b) Submitting enquiries through our contact form.
(c) Applying to our fellowship program or other programs we may offer.
(d) Accessing resources, tools, or materials that we have expressly made available to you as part of an agreed program of participation.

If you are a participant in our fellowship program or a collaborator on a research project, you are additionally bound by the following:
(a) You must adhere to all applicable ethical standards for research involving human subjects, data, or clinical information.
(b) You must not attempt to re-identify anonymised or de-identified data.
(c) You must handle any datasets, tools, or proprietary materials shared with you in strict accordance with the terms of your participation agreement.
(d) You must not share research data, draft manuscripts, or unpublished findings outside of the authorised project team without written approval from Nexus Health.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including but not limited to:
(a) Issuing a warning.
(b) Suspending or terminating your access to our website or services.
(c) Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this policy.
(d) Reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities where we reasonably believe a criminal offence has been or may be committed.
(e) Pursuing legal action to recover costs and damages.
